Jayne joined the firm in the fall of 2019 as a legal assistant. 

 

Jayne performs various administrative duties for the lawyers including reception, preparing documents for filing and service, dictation and billing.

 

Jayne began her legal career 25 years ago as a second career path. She graduated from the Legal Administration program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston. She worked for a housing corporation in Prescott and Smiths Falls before she settled at a law firm in Brockville, Ontario in the areas of family law and criminal law for 16 years and then came to Ottawa for a fresh start.

 

In her spare time, Jayne likes to spend time with her children and grandchildren.
